1) Assist Senior Manager in managing the laboratory in accordance with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017

2) Prepare, records and update documents in compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, LQM and LQP, SAMM policy and SAMM Specific Criteria.

3) Ensure the implementation of quality management system in accordance with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, LQM and LQP

4) Prepare training plans, both in-house and external, for new and existing personnel

5) Evaluate, authorize and monitor performance of personnel;
6) Assist laboratory personnel on samples receiving and registration

7) Review results produced by laboratory personnel prior to approval for reporting

9) Liaise with clients/customer on the results reported

10) Update and manage laboratory inventories

11) Plan for yearly equipment maintenance, calibration, and budget

12) Prepare purchase requests for items identified required for testing

13) Update on PO/expenses summary for all related laboratory item purchase

14) Prepare weekly reports on samples receiving and COA, including update information, issues from laboratory, and submit to Senior Manager

15) Carry out other task whenever required by the superior.

**Need to have IKM Membership

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
