Front Office Assistant

Location: SEMENTRA RESORT, GOPENG PERAK

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
- Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
- Reports directly to the Resort Front Office Executive.
Job Requirements:
- High School/College graduates possessed a Diploma or Certificate.
- Preferably with more than 1 year of hands-on relevant working experience in a resort or hospitality industry.
- Fresh High School/College graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Is independent, intuitive, responsible, demonstrate leadership and able to handle multiple tasks.
- PC-literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and resort/hotel guest registration system will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
