Developing strategic plan to grow the business in order to meet financial and performance objectives including leading the various sections within transport department in achieving the objectives rigorous planning based on market intelligence.
- Achieving the overall department budgeted revenue by implementing business plans that increases revenue including reviewing existing methods of performing services
- Achieving the overall department budgeted profit by introducing and leading cost ad wastage programs.
- Developing a competence pool of staff and drivers to achieve operations efficiency and service excellent
- Compliance with SHE codes for vehicle management and enrolment of drivers for external course on defensive and safe driving.
- Formulating SOP including driving team members towards operations excellence, quality management and customer satisfaction

**Job Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/ Transportation or its equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in logistics/ transportation with 3 years in management level.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Work arrangements**

Willing to work onsite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
