To assist the Assistant Manager in the day to day delivery operations of the warehouse
- Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations
- Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
- Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately
- Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
- To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
- To perform other duties as and when required for the department
- To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- To motivate & train subordinates /staff

**Skills and Specifications Requirements**
- Good communication skill and writing skill
- Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
- Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
- Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
- Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player

**Education and Qualifications**
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or any related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
