**Job Title: Data Entry Clerk**

**Type: 1 month**

**Location: Menara TRX**

**ROLE PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk for our client to help process and extract specific information from scanned paper-based documents in PDF for the client to improve everyday operations. You will be an essential member of a team that works towards the betterment of the company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extraction of Specific Fields/Data:

- The process involves extraction of specific information from scanned paper-based documents in PDF (such as letters, contracts, and other paperwork). This could include details like client names, contract dates, amounts, etc.
- Data Entry into an Excel Master Tracker:

- The extracted data should be entered into an Excel spreadsheet (the master tracker). Each row in the spreadsheet corresponds to a document, and columns represent different fields (e.g., client name, contract date, amount).
- Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial during data entry.

**REQUIRED SKILL SETS**:

- Familiar with Excel
- Understand how to convert documents files for example, PDF to Word
- Able to work on site at Menara TRX

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
