Assistant Finance Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- With experience in handling full set of development / construction accounts and prepare various financial / accounting reports in a timely manner.
- Manage and control of all banking related transactions and accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly financial management report, monitor, summarize and analyze the financial performance of the Project (includes P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow); initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.
- Assist in feasibility studies, and prepare cash flow for financing purpose.
- Proactively establish business processes and policies for the operational efficiency and controlling, where necessary.
- Liaise with internal & external auditor, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Tax knowledge and result-oriented.
- Able to deal with fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity of all financial data.
- Possess high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- At Least 5 years of relevant working experience, knowledge of IFCA and SQL is an added advantage.
