Assist sales team to manage their customers.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, payment and other information needed to complete the sale.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse operations team and logistic team regarding delivery schedule.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting will be a plus.
**; Requirements**: - Fresh graduate or experience in related field.
SPM / STPM qualification
Experience in administrative (customer service) positions will be an advantage.
Well-organized and responsible with a positive attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
