**Probation Duration** :6 months

**Requirement**:

- Follow up PO (Purchase Order) to ensure on-time delivery & correct quantity as per ordered
- Able to source potential suppliers
- Able to liaise closely with suppliers and warehouse department
- Able to speak with Mandarin / Cantonese / Malay / English

are more preferable
- Responsible for the local purchases
- Strongly negotiation skill for quotation comparison & analysis
- Responsible to issue PO (Purchase Order) and PR (Purchase Return)
- Generate PI (Purchase Invoice) once it received with accurate quantity and product
- With basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words) more preferable
- With knowledge of lorry and truck parts are more preferable

- 具备基本认识关于 Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)为佳
- 能够通过电子邮件撰写及回复信息
- 具备卡车零件经验者为佳
