Business Development Admin

As a Business Development Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of department activities and support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department activities.
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Update spreadsheet, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assist in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaign and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Maintain development and support content of ecommerce backend and website.
- Received monitor and process daily order from ecommerce.
- Communicating with vendors, staff and customers.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing activities.
- Maintain existing vendors, customers and supplier relationship.
- Provide support for tender-related purposes including document compilation and submission.
- Monitor expiry of tender/contract to ensure business sustainability.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
**Job Requirement**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Can work independently in a fast-paces environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to details, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledgeable in e-Perolehan systems and doing tender will be an extra advantage.
- Applicant must be willing to work in USJ21, Subang Jaya.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
