**Registrar**
- To provide efficient and effective support to the IPTS management in terms of administration, planning and managing to achieve the highest quality in terms of management and administration.
- Provide leadership to plan, organise and manage all the activities related to records and registration department including the admissions department and examination unit.
- Responsible for the student records by collecting, recording, maintaining, and reporting of student records as per the guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and required legislation.
- Ensure compliance to KPT, MQA and other regulations
- Develop and administer the departmental budget.
- Lead and work with cross functional teams, to achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with Administrators, Faculty, ICT and Marketing to facilitate and improve services to students, including catalogue and registration/records policy questions.
- Organise and administer the records, registration, graduation functions and any events or functions that are not limited to convocation ceremony, including transcript format evaluations.
- To produce class and examination schedules which, as much as possible; serve the needs and preferences of faculty and students and to insure that the condition of the classrooms meets the needs of quality instruction. To assist the faculty in its teaching through the administration of the teacher evaluation process.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of all academic records of current and former student.
- Lead, develop and manage staff within Registry Department.
- Ensure compliance with KPT, MQA and other regulations with regards to students’ admissions, registration and recordkeeping.

**Academic Administration**
- Responsible to provide clear information on matters related with the private higher education and requirements in Malaysia, including ministry, professional bodies and agency requirements for approvals, accreditation and others.
- Liaising with Ministries and Agencies, to ensure the efficient processing of approvals and accreditation required for PORTMAN and its programmes.
- Responsible to submit of the relevant information in MQA¬01 and MQA-02 for submission of programmes approval and accreditation by liaising with the Faculty.
- Ensure that e-IPTS data is submitted accordingly to MOE in coordination with the Registrar.
- Responsible to response on the request and any other ad hoc data requested by the government agencies.
- Ensure the supporting documentation for submission for approvals and accreditations are in order for submission to MQA and MOHE.
- Ensure that all the relevant correspondence and circulars from ministries and agencies updated and keep in appropriate order, ensuring appropriate dissemination of information and provide information on requirements to the relevant party.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
