DeliverSiebel Application as per applicable design requirements, whichincludes but not limited to

a.Install and configure Siebel dedicated client software and buildlocal database.

b.Install and configure Siebel Tools

c.Support System Admin in Siebel operations, performance andsecurity bug fixes.

d. Assist production support team with Investigation and Diagnostic

e.Manage and update LOVs (list of value).

f.Develop and update Siebel Task, Views, Applets, Pick Lists, andBusiness Components

g.Develop Siebel interface (EAI) with external system.

h.Program e-scripts to customize Siebel functions.

i.Develop Siebel Workflows.

j.Develop Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) jobs

k.Provide Solution design for new Siebel enhancement.

l.Familiar with System functionality and businessfunctionalities.

m.Knowledgeable in SQL language.

n.Troubleshoot (provide problem resolution) and manage CRM Modules asbelow:
i. Order Capture

ii.Order Fulfillment

iii.Service Assurance

iv.Bill Adjustment

v.Account Management

vi.Develop Product & Pricing Administration/Configuration

o.Perform object comparison for impacted objects that need to bedeployed to Production.
