**Responsibility**
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System
- To manage the sales & operation team in daily operation and administrative task
- To handle sales & operation team on claim and commission
- Responsible to generate sales report timely and ensure accurately
- Reply call on customer service line and social media platform
- Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales and operation
- Prepare minutes of meeting every week
- Support the sales department with other administrative task, if requested.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, well organised, excellent in time management with good follow up skill
