**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Export Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning export activities to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a minimum diploma in any related field.

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:
**1. Export Coordination**:

- Facilitate the export process by coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for export planning.

**2. Shipment Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain schedules for outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to international destinations.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise.

**3. Documentation**:

- Prepare and review export documentation, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

**4. Communication**:

- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth export processes.
- Provide updates on shipment status and address inquiries in a timely manner.

**5. Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Generate reports related to export activities and maintain accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum diploma in any related field. Relevant coursework in logistics, supply chain, or international business is a plus.
- **Possess following Abilities**:

- To quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing export documentation.
- To review and analyze information to ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Computer Literacy**:

- **Language Skills**:

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

JOB TYPE : Full Time, Permanent

LOCATION : Port Klang, Selangor

MIN SALARY : RM3500.00

This is an entry-level position with training provided.
