**Role Purpose**:

- Hi-Lift Driver is responsible for promoting and delivering safe, timely and efficient ground handling services including operating all ground equipment to our contractual customer airlines. This is to be carried out in accordance with AeroDarat, regulatory department and customer airlines policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreement (SLA). At all times, this position is required to work in a safe, secure, professional, cost-effective manner whilst ensuring all assets are handled with care.

**Key Accountability**:

- Deliver a high standard of safety culture while operating all ground equipment at all times.
- Ensure ground equipment is serviceable and safe to operate meets the requirements of AeroDarat and customer airlines' safety standards.
- Build strong working relationships with key company stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a positive organizational image and good community relations.
- Report to your supervisor in a timely manner on any issues or activities likely to influence AeroDarat operations or relations with airline customers (safety, security and operational related issues).
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all AeroDarat and contracted customer airlines standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Aware of the importance in achieving on-time performance goals in an efficient and safe manner.
- Work in a productive, pro-active team environment with management and customer service staff to deliver an efficient turnaround at the airport.
- Ensure timely completion of ramp activities for each flight.
- Provide assistance to other members of the AeroDarat team as required or directed.
- Drive and operate ground equipment as assigned (including AHU’s, toilet and water truck, pushback truck, GPU, GTSU, ACU, baggage tractor, belt loaders, JCPL, MDL, CPT, pax step, PLB and etc.).
- Perform all round check to confirm the serviceability of ground equipment’s allocated for operation.
- Perform towing and pushback of aircraft when assigned.
- Position aircraft chock and safety cones in accordance with Airline’s requirement.
- Perform opening the aircraft doors (cabin/cargo).
- Perform cargo towing.
- Perform marshalling of aircraft and operate VDGS (where applicable).
- Perform loading/offloading (baggage and cargo) when assigned.
- Adhere at all times to operational procedures to ensure safety of staff, customers and aircraft.
- Scanning the baggage HHT for reconciliation and performing tracer function when assigned.
- Carry out all other reasonable duties as directed by supervisors.
- To performed supervisory function when requested after training has been given.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- SPM with minimum 0-2 years working experience in any field.
- Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Experience in FFP operations would be preferred. Must have knowledge in SITARES, CRANE system and FFP with Reservations/Ticketing knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure, highly independent, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility. Good analytical, investigative and creative flair.
- Must have strong leadership quality and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality.
