**Main Responsibilities**
- To prepare food as requested by his supervisors and to follow instructions from his supervisor to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
**Minimum Job Expectations**
- **Operational**_
1. To assist cooks and chefs in preparing and storing food, washing dishes and utensils and cleaning work areas.
2. To wash and clean utensils and dishes that are returned to the kitchen and make sure that they are stored appropriately.
3. To clean food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
4. To handle, sort, store and distribute food items.
5. To maintain high standard of food preparation at all times.
6. To collect store items according to requisition.
7. To dispose of rubbish.
8. To have interest in learning from his superiors.
9. To attend training courses organized by the company.
10. To perform any other task given by his superiors.
- **Employees**_
1. To report to work on time and properly attired as prescribed in the Standard Operating Procedures Uniform HRA 1.0 (Food & Beverage and Tourism Sector).
2. To consult on a daily basis the Employee Notice Board for information.
3. To treat all employees in a courteous and professional manner.
4. To assist colleagues, whenever approached, in all aspects of their duties and responsibilities.
5. To implement all Operating Standards in compliance with directions given and to strive for the quality objectives

1. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
2. To maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
