**Responsibilities**:

Financial Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of the annual business plan for the department.

2. Control cost whilst ensuring quality and service standards are not compromised.

Menu

1. Assist the Chef de Partie during the food preparation.

2. Attend and assist the Sous-Chef or the Chef for all training programs.

Market

1. Get to know and recognize all ingredients (fresh, frozen, dry, grocery )

2. Prepare the ingredients ordered.

Hygiene & Sanitization

1. Attend every hygiene & sanitization training program.

2. Use any chemical or detergent with knowledge and intelligence.

General

1. Keep the kitchen, dishes and storage areas clean and organized.

2. Performs extra duties from time to time as required.

3. Full co-operation with the management team.

4. Good team work and co-operation with all staff members.

Job Requirement

1. Experience in Asian & Western is required.

2. Culinary School education is a plus.

3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
