Responsibilities for Administrative Clerk
- Act as the organisational receptionist and receive calls and guests
- Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office documents (failing )
Qualifications for Administrative Clerk
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
- Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month with EPF ,socso and annual leave.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday. 9am - 6pm
