**Job Description Warehouse Admin/General Clerk**

Qualification: SPM/ Diploma

**Salary Range: 1600-1800**

1. Managing inventory: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock audits.

2. Order processing: You will process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This may involve picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as coordinating with logistics providers.

3. Data entry and record keeping: You will be responsible for accurately entering data into computer systems, updating records, and maintaining databases related to inventory, orders, and shipments.

5. Documentation and reporting: You will prepare reports related to inventory, orders, and shipments, providing insights and analysis to management.

6. Quality control: You will ensure that products meet quality standards by performing regular inspections, conducting quality checks, and resolving any issues that arise.

7. Health and safety: You will follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

8. Communication and coordination: You will collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.

9. Problem-solving: You will troubleshoot any issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments, finding solutions and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

10. Continuous improvement: You will actively seek opportunities to improve warehouse operations, suggesting process enhancements and participating in process optimization initiatives.
