- Admin Assistant/General Clerk
**Job Description**:
- Overall responsible for the day to day administrative works and related duties including processng PO, DO, Invoive, payment (TNB, water, indah water, internet) and etc.
- Support for daily operation activities.
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively
- To assist in ad-hoc issues / duties that assigned from time to time
- Manage the documentation record and ensure proper filing and organization of important company records.
- Support accounts-related tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Follow up customers' payments and collections.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
- Possess good inter-personal skills with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality.
- Proactive, good team player, positive attitude, hardworking and trustworthy.
- Computer literate and knowledge in microsoft office and autocount system
Time: 9:30AM - 6PM
Location: Subang Jaya (USJ 1)
