**General Admin Clerk 行政助理**
**Full Job Description**
We are a progressive, dynamic and an established e-commerce company located in Kg Baru Subang with more than 10 years of excellent reputation in food industry.
In line with our rapid business expansion plan, we are seeking highly motivated and caliber individuals to join our team to fill the following positions:
- To perform day-to-day general administrative tasks.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
- Basic verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- The ability to work independently and only seek help or assistance when needed
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems
- data entry & account assistance, trainings provided
- Processing of suppliers' invoices and performing vendors reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Prepare cheques, payment vouchers, journals and debit note/credit note
- Prepare monthly utilities payment.
- Experience at least 1 year in the related field
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
- Positive working and learning attitude most required.
- Computer literate and knowledge in accounting software is required.
