**Job Title: General Clerk**
**Location**: Subang Jaya, Selangor
**Working Days**: 5-days a week (Overtime if required)
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing and organizing incoming information and documentation.
- Support the preparation and compilation of reports to verify information accuracy.
- Assist in drafting and managing general reports for internal and external use.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the department.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or CEO.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **SPM/STPM** or **Diploma** in a relevant field.
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of working experience will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**.
- Excellent in **analytical thinking**, **report writing**, and **typing skills**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates professionalism, high integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Possess own transport and open to travel when necessary.
