1. Responsible for timely and correct date entry into accounting system based on USALI accounting standard. Maintain journal entries, account allocation for invoices.

2. To ensure SST, TTX and service charge submit by Income Auditor timely.

3. Prepare monthly fund transfer ( operation / payroll )

3. To prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconciles all balance sheets.

4. To ensure closing of monthly accounts in a timely manner and all transactions are captured correctly and accurately with error free.

5. Compiles various documents, verifies their accuracy, and ensure all accounting transactions are fully supported by relevant documents

6. Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other relevant financial metrics

7.To assist Finance Manager on finalize monthly management reports and other additional report (if any)

7. Assists in preparing audit schedules for external and internal auditors.

8. Other assignment and cost analysis as assigned by the Finance Manager / Assistant DOF / DOF

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
