Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance

**Your key roles will be**:
- Assist in structuring of transactions / proposals, including perform scenario analysis, carry out research and prepare evaluation papers for management
- Assist and manage the implementation of corporate exercises undertaken by the Group, including to identify potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents
- Act as liaison with internal stakeholders, professional advisers and other external stakeholders on corporate finance related matters
- Monitor progress of corporate finance transactions and ensure appropriate actions are executed when and where required
- Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders in relation to compliance with Bursa Listing Requirements and SC related guidelines
- Prepare announcement, circular and other necessary submission documents or review such documents prepared by team members
- Undertake additional assignment or tasks as instructed by superior
**Specialized Knowledge**:
- Well verse with Bursa’s Listing Requirements, SC related guidelines and Companies Act
**; Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or a professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA etc.
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate finance related field
- Resourceful and able to manage multiple responsibilities without close supervision
- Good planning and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people from all levels
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg (optional)
- Ability to work long hours
