**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related; Master’s Degree and/or professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA and etc.) are desirable and added advantage;
- Relevant working experience of up to 4 - 6 years would be an added advantage;
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial modelling (Microsoft Excel);and
- A team player with good leadership qualities and is committed to work, driven, proactive, organised, resourceful and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Run project financial analysis and investment calculation and to assist in preparation of documentation for internal approvals;
- Provide on-going support to investment projects post-close;
- Plan, manage and conduct detailed due diligence activities (including sourcing and appointment of third-party advisors as appropriate) and prepare reports after due diligence is completed (M&A);
- Carry out investment viability analyses together with the Company’s financial analysts;
- Assisting on the project financing as well as will be the liaison for the financing process;
- Perform financial analysis and performance review of business units within the Group, including (but not limited to) project accounting, costing and return on investment analysis to support senior management's investments decision;
- Establish and implement accounting procedures, policies, internal controls, corporate governance and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements at all times;
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations;
- Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities where relevant;
- Drive the implementation of business best practice and processes, including keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
- Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Financial Controller and GCFO; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.
