OMS Group is on a growth trajectory and we're looking for a forward-thinking Corporate Development Manager to take the lead on strategic initiatives that influence the direction of our business across the region.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end corporate finance initiatives, including M&A, divestments, joint ventures, partnerships, fundraising (debt/equity), and capital restructuring.
  • Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, valuations, and develop financial models for strategic decision-making.
  • Support and coordinate due diligence activities, including reviewing documents, financial models, presentations, and transaction materials.
  • Partner with Management on shareholder value optimisation initiatives — including new business opportunities, revenue enhancement, cost optimisation, market expansion, and tax/fund flow structuring.
  • Drive and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and annual business plans.
  • Work closely with the CFO on company financial models, cash flow projections, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting the company's ESG-related matters and reporting.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in investment banking.
  • Experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with M&A, due diligence, deal evaluation, or strategic projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skill.
  • High adaptability, independence, and the ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously

Competitive salary starting from RM12,000.
