(a) To assist in opening and registration of files in the proper filing system;
(c) To deal with the courier service provider and dispatch/ runner and all in-coming and out-going documents;
(d) To assist legal assistant in preparing and handling all conveyancing documentation and paperwork and online submissions (including RPGT (Real Property Gains Tax), project/ sub-sale SPA and project/ sub-sale loan), discharge of charge, the perfection of transfer/ charge, deed of receipt & reassignment and other conveyancing matters;
(e) To follow-ups, and maintain correspondences with clients, bankers, developers, liquidators, and/ or other government/ corporate bodies to provide, obtain, and/ or coordinate information of the case; and

(f) To assist in the general administrative and clerical jobs assigned by the firm from time to time.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

1. Fresh Graduate;

3. Good communication skills, proficient in both written & spoken English & Malay language;
