**Requirement**
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience as stock/inventory field is advantage.
Able to read and write English and computer literate; MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. IT/Graphic design-related skills added advantage
- Able to work independently and pleasant personality.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities with minimum supervision.
- Good communication in spoken Malay & English will be an advantage
Start Date : Immediate
**Responsibility**
- Provide support and assist superior.
- To prepare various administrative services such as issue Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery orders, Purchase Order, Delivery Invoices, Filling, etc
Perform general and administrative duties.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Performing ad-hoc duties as and when necessary
- Maintain and update filing records & stock audits in an orderly manner
- To handle the arrangement of ongoing and outgoing documents
