Accounts Management: Collect and update records from branches' accounts bags.
- Sales Reporting: Update sales data in the sales report and system.
- Ledger Entries: Post bank receipts and purchases to the ledger accurately.
- Reconciliation Tasks: Perform statement and bank reconciliations.
- Online Payments: Prepare, update, and process payments online.
- Invoicing: Issue invoices and update the sales invoice listing.
- Documentation: Prepare journals, file documents, and manage financial records.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Education: SPM or Diploma
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and financial software

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
