**Responsibility**:

- Ensure employee personal data is correctly updated into payroll system and all related documentation such as Job Application Form, Resume, Certificate, Appointment Letter & others related documents are file and retrievable.
- Prepare HR related letters & documents.
- Liaise with government bodies (Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO, HRD Corporation & etc) for legal and administration requirement.
- Assist to update records and data via accounting software.
- Issue Invoice & SO for customer.
- Handling Purchase matters.
- Preparing of payments.
- Maintaining proper filing system to ensure files are recorded and kept.
- Maintaining inventory records.
- Other accounting assistant assignments.
- Any other new duty and project that is assigned by the management from time to time

**Qualification**:

- Possess degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance supports.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office 360.
- Able to work independently, team work, multitasking, pleasant, self-discipline and self motivated.
- Languages required: Bahasa, English (Speak, Read & Write)
