**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Administration
- Monitoring and follow-up on administrative procedures
- Ensure proper function of logístical operations including travel & events organization
- check documents for accuracy and completeness
- Data entries and processing of documents, scan and update the information into the existing computer systems
- Provide high quality
- related administrative support services as required and assigned.
Accounting
- Perform reconciliation, payment and collection if accounting documents
- Support in the consolidation, preparation and timely submission of account report.
- Ensure maintenance pf proper books of accounts
- Ensure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy: control of the reception of invoices, verification of compliance
- prepare tax report, monthly/quarterly expenditure reports and other reports.
- prepare accounting documents in accordance with project requirements.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in accounting or managements
- Must be good in MS Office
- Able to communicate, read and write in English
- Can be independent and with team.
- Great at time and task management
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline
- Have own transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
