Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for departmental administration and documentation.
- Performing book-keeping tasks such as invoicing, monthly debtor's statement monitoring accounts receivable.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
Job Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in the manufacturing field.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Good paperwork management skill/ administration skills.
- Accountable, integrity & pleasant personality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
