Administrative Specialist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Provide direct assistance to the director in all general administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and other important materials. Manage electronic and physical files effectively to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and maintenance of office equipment. Ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between the director and team members, clients, vendors, and other parties as needed.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of various projects and initiatives as directed by the director. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and provide administrative support to project teams as required.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of relevant information. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the director.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably supporting senior management or executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests and provide exceptional service.
- 5 days work week, 9 am to 6 pm

- Working Location: Putuo Village, Kulai
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
