They have main client which is manufacture famous for vacuum cleaner in Johor Bahru.

- Company : Will be three (Admin Executive/Admin Staff/Sales)
- Report to : Admin Executive
■Job Responsibilities
You are responsible for supporting to admin exective such as assisting for managing company operation and clients.
- Support to receiving orders, shipping operations, making invoice, collecting bills, and providing logistics solution to clients
- Assist to reporting to accounting firm about branch accounts
- Support about human resource and general affairs activities
- Assisting and performing various tasks related to our business
- Travelling is required (Assuming to Singapore once a week for a while/to Hong Kong once a month)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
■MUST TO HAVE:
- More than 3 years experience in working as admin or clerical work
- English and Mandarin (Need to use the same system as in Hong Kong)
- Microsoft Office skill (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
■Personality Requirement:
- Good communication with clients
- Time management
- Flexibility and adaptability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
