Working location : Kulai, Indahpura, Johor (HQ / Office Based)

Vacancy : 1 pax

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, updating and ensuring meeting report is up to date with details being provided from site via daily progress report.
- Preparing proper updated detailed documentation to clients, consultants and authorities when required.
- Critically resolving architectural and structual issues with site staff in order project can be delivered on time with least delays.
- Working closely with site project staff members to ensure that progress work is on track within budget and assist by providing a technical expertise plus documents for inspection when required.
- Liaising and keeping close communication between contract department and purchasing department to ensure all material being used is adhere to the quality standards of the client / consultant request.
- Liaising with subcons for shop drawing, submission and material compliance.
- Process / create undertaking letter to resolve issues at site and record all corresponding letters or documents being sent / received for followup closing matters being highlighted.
- Maintain all documentation / filing process in accordance to ISO 9001:2015.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong technical knowledge on resolving and finding alternative solutions for site progress work
- Meticulous in preparing documents and reading architectural drawing in finding solutions technically.
- Charismatic personality to handle clients, consultants, authorities, subcons and all level of management staffs.
- Dynamic individual with leadership capabilities to lead or work together when required and to work independently when arise.
