Position Overview:*

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our valued clientele. Your primary goal is to offer personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and professional treatments to enhance our customers' beauty and self-confidence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Consultation:*
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, beauty goals, and preferences.
- Recommend appropriate products, treatments, and services tailored to meet individual needs.

2. *Beauty Services:*
- Ensure all treatments are delivered with precision, attention to detail, and a focus on customer comfort.

3. *Product Knowledge and Sales:*
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of beauty products, ingredients, and their benefits.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and promote retail products to enhance their at-home regimen.

4. *Customer Service Excellence:*
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

5. *Hygiene and Safety Standards:*
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming salon environment.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and products are properly sanitized and utilized in accordance with industry standards.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or related role in the beauty industry.
- Strong passion for skincare, beauty trends, and aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Certification in beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry best practices.
- Sales experience and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, products, and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
