**Job Descriptions**
- To create lasting experiences for our guests based on their requirements and ensure all events are executed as planned. Serves as the main point of contact for GICC events.
- To facilitate site visits for VIPs, clients and other guests with sound knowledge of GICC overall operation capacities and capabilities.
- Coordinate and liaise with Sales team on all F&B related at GICC.
- Build and maintain relationships with organizers, understanding their needs and proposing flexible quick solutions when the need arises.
- Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and innovative event concepts as well as identify business opportunities for growth.
- To prepare floor plans, menu proposals and revisions, manpower requirements, and other necessary documents related to the execution of MICE events.
- To lead the training and development of all staff and contract workers to be able to deliver service standards to the expected levels.
- To conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gather feedback from event coordinators and immediate subordinates to make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the GICC team, providing guidance, support and mentorship.
- Provide regular reports, manage approved budgets and oversee the P&L for GICC to be within financial guidelines.
- Well versed with RWG policy and procedures as well as all administration needs.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years experiences as an Outlet Manager and have a consistent track record in leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and sound knowledge in analyzing profit & loss statements.
- Must be MS Office proficient - use of Powerpoint, MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to be a team leader with excellent planning and execution skills.
