**Job Description**:
As a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and delivering excellent culinary creations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items.
- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie (CDP) in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
