- To control & maximize resources capacity (manpower, material etc)

- To perform any other tasks assigned by Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM, with at least 5 years’ experience in supervisory level.
- Supervise & motivate the group of workers.
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal, planning & communication skills.
- Willing to work long hours, & in Semenyih, Selangor.
