・To process sales orders into system.

・To liaise with sales personnel on enquiries on customer account.

・To co-ordinate schedule and delivery of goods to customers.

・Ensure proper documentation on issue sales orders, invoice & other related documents.

・ Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval.

・ Assist on inventory checking and stock tagging.

・ Pick and Pack according to delivery order.

・ To perform administrative and prepare paper work related to sales activities.

2500~3000 (RM)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Logistics.
- Fresh graduate with positive characters are also welcome to apply.
- Possessed Driving License and goods delivery experience is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate well in English and Malay.
- Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.
- Responsible and with good communication skills.
- OT will be provided should applicants need to work exceeding normal working hours.
