**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to the board of directors and responsible for strategic planning of the plant to ensure that the management target is achieved.
- To plan, organize and direct oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies, procedures are followed.
- To develop and enhance the processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
- To increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary cost and wastage.
- Focus on operating the plant efficiently, be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Liaise with government authorities such as JKKP, DOSH, DOE
- Any responsible duties assigned from time to time by the Board.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as Plant Manager and managerial experience
- Be Knowledgeable of business & management principles, industry & technical expertise, safety & health (DOSH), quality, productivity, inventory & stewardship processes.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
