**Human Resources Manager (Korean Restaurant Chain)**
**Salary**: Up to MYR 18,000 per month

**Position Summary**:
As the HR Manager, you will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing all HR practices and processes to meet business needs and execute the company’s strategy and objectives. Your role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by enhancing the quality, productivity, and engagement of our workforce.
**Reporting to**: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Training and Development: Oversee training programs to foster employee growth and skill development.
- Performance Management: Design and implement a fair performance review process.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages and manage benefits.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employment relations and manage staff welfare.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, review, and advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
