1. To monitor process of delivery, Incoming, stock count. 2. To implement FIFO system in Store Manage including issuance of stock and storage goods into rack. 3. To check and update incoming and outgoing goods, materials, & solvents. To check and update stock card daily basis transaction. 4. To maintain and ensure stock accuracy for both physical and systems. 5.TO handle Tanker delivery with coordination from Shipping /Sales Coordinator. 6. To liaise with Transporter for goods delivery. 7. To update daily storage tank meter reading. 8. Prepare storage tank usage report for HQ and Weekly Tanker usage report. 9. Prepare monthly Operation Dept. Filing of Documents.
