The Pod Clerk is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks within a designated pod or area in a warehouse or distribution center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- **Data Entry**: Input data related to shipments, inventory, and other operational metrics into the company’s database or warehouse management system.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact within the pod for all clerical and administrative needs. Communicate with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any clerical or administrative issues that arise, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or relevant fields is a plus.
- Experience in a clerical, administrative, or logistics role preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
