**Office Assistant Manager**
1. Assist Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
2. Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
3. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner.
4. Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
5. Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
6. Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
7. Responsible for administrative, procurement, customer service and building facilities matters of the company.
8. Responsible for setting up and implementing procedures relating to administrative, procurement, customer service and non-operational matters of the company.
9. Establish and maintain effective internal controls.
10. Prepare and present monthly reports to Management.
11. Respond to emergency situations and advise project management immediately.
12. Advocate and ensures office safety protocols.
13. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
14. Assist in reviewing and revising on company's policies and procedures.
