**Admin Officer**

**Responsibilities**
- To perform a basic variety of administrator duties
- Execute various errands such as delivering documents, packages, pick up supplies or assist with tasks outside the office premises.
- Able to work in IT infrastructure operations which covers network, servers, renewal of Antivirus license and management of attendance devices and computers & printers.
- Assist with managing internal & external correspondence.
- To assist HR in handling matters related to foreign workers including renewal of permits.
- To organize company events such as the annual dinner.
- To perform any other ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administration Management with several years of related working experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written Malay& English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-discipline and self-motivated
- Staying abreast with new technologies
- Possess own transportation.
