Job Summary:
The Intern Admin Assistant will support daily operations in Administration, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining files, coordinating shipments, and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations across Admin, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Liaise with transporters for outbound and inbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate operation files and reports.
- Provide general office administrative support.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing a **diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field**.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
