Accounts & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
**Finance & Admin**:
- To assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- To assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable, sales invoices.
- To assist in monthly closing and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- To prepare journal entries, stock count report, and etc.
- To assist in year-end closing.
- To assist in any ad-hoc assignments.
**Human Resources**:
- To support overall HR operational tasks and assignments, including Leave management, OT & attendance checking, proper filing, and etc.
- To manage employees’ confirmation/ extension by sending out notification.
- To assist in preparing HR related letters including renewal of contract, acceptance of resignation, termination, Show caused, warning letter, and etc.
- To assist any ad-hoc/ execution of employee engagement activities, projects, new onboarding induction, recruitment, and etc.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Business Admin, HR Management, or any related courses.
- Computer literate with at least basic Microsoft skills.
- Good presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturdays, Optional WFH)
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
