Admin & Esh Assistant

Perform driving jobs for the Managing Director & his family (official and unofficial, e.g running errands, special care needed).
- Manage car maintenance schedule and send for repairs, renew road tax, etc on company vehicle (usage and records, service & repair, sufficient fuel, washing & cleanliness, valid road tax, valid fuel cards, and on-going maintenance etc).
- Perform driving job / out-station driving / ensure that vehicles are always ready for use.
- General office duties (out of office or inter-departments e.g to banks, post offices, courier services, sundry shops, hardware shops, other offices, government offices etc).
- Assists Accounts / Administration departments other routine.
- Support to dispose of general / domestic waste.
- Perform housekeeping / cleanliness at common areas of company premises upon arrangement of ESH / Admin Department.
- Assist ESH departments routine including scheduled waste disposal, driving forklift etc.
- Help organize and maintain Management Office common areas.
- Always observe & adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment procedures in all aspects of work.
- Adhere to quality management requirements such as ISO 14001, IATF, 5S etc.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superiors.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
