**Accounting / Billing Support**
- Perform various routine accounting tasks in utility billing, A/R and A/P functions.
- Prepare landscape customers official receipts and statement.
- Prepare commercial invoice once BQ, quotation and markup percentage are confirmed.
- Performs daily tasks associated with utility billing process, uses automated software to calculate, review and print monthly bill register and utility bills; and maintains customer accounts/property information.
- Handle customers inquiries referring to accounts matter.
- Handle all insurance policies and payments for the Company.
- Handle customer regular maintenance for both commercial and retailer.
- Liaise with customers on maintenance schedule and record e.g customer name, address, date and time.
- Followup with scheduler to record down the information and arrangement for maintenance.
**Administrative Support**
- Provide admin support to the MD and Company Directors.
- Handle procurement and administration of office supplies e.g. pantry and toilet items, stationery and etc.
- Handle maintenance and repair of office assets.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies when necessary.
- Manage all administrative matters pertaining to foreign workers e.g hiring, repatriation, welfare and accommodation.
- Liaise and comply with the requirement of the authority bodies e.g CIDB, JTK, KDN, FOMEMA, Immigration and Embassy.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
