JOB SCOPE:
1. Procurement
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timeline.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Issuance purchase order to supplier and follow up the delivery status.
- Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies.
- To prepare accurate procurement report
- Responsible to ensuring all purchasing activities are compliance with company policy and procedures.

2. Financing
- To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts.
- Perform daily account operation in accounts receivable and payable, monthly expenses payment, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Assists with annual audit and yearly budget for the company.
- Prepare monthly payroll.

3. Any task assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Accounting / Finance / Business Admin or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.
- Proactive attitude and willingness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
